AI education · Built around real work

Understand AI.
Put it to work.

Practical AI learning for curious people and ambitious teams. Build the knowledge, habits and confidence to use AI thoughtfully.

AI literacy is a skill you can build.Practical examplesHuman judgementResponsible use

Choose your focus

Start where you are.

Three learning directions, from first principles to putting AI into practice with your team.

01 / FOUNDATIONS

Make sense of AI.

A clear starting point for anyone who wants to understand the tools and ask better questions.

  • AI, machine learning and generative AI
  • Prompts, context and model limitations
  • Accuracy, privacy and responsible use
02 / EVERYDAY PRACTICE

Work with more clarity.

Explore how AI can support the work already on your desk, with you in control of the result.

  • Drafting, editing and summarising
  • Research and source verification
  • Repeatable personal workflows
03 / TEAMS & LEADERS

Build shared capability.

Give your team a common language for AI and a practical way to decide where to begin.

  • Finding useful business applications
  • Designing a focused pilot
  • Human review and team guidelines

Your first lesson

A better prompt
starts with context.

Think of an AI assistant as a collaborator who has just joined the task. Give it the goal, the audience and a clear definition of a useful answer.

Use this example with an AI tool you are permitted to use. No coding experience needed.

Try this · Meeting preparation

“Help me prepare for a 30-minute project kickoff with a small team. We need to agree on the goal, responsibilities and the next milestone. Write a five-item agenda with suggested timings. Flag any information you still need instead of making it up.”

Before you try it: use fictional or public information. Keep confidential, personal and customer data out of tools that have not been approved for that data.

What makes this prompt useful?
  1. Context: a project kickoff with a small team.
  2. Goal: agree on the outcome, owners and next milestone.
  3. Format: five agenda items, with timings.
  4. Boundaries: surface missing information instead of inventing it.
  5. Human review: check that the timings add up and the agenda fits the team.

For organisations

Turn curiosity into
team capability.

Discuss an AI learning session shaped around your people, their starting point and the work that matters to them.

Talk about team learning →

  • Start with your team's questions.

Build a shared understanding of AI before choosing tools or launching a pilot.

  • Make it relevant to the role.

Use practical scenarios from areas such as sales, operations, research and knowledge work.

  • Leave with a sensible next step.

Identify a task to test, a way to evaluate the result and the people who should review it.
